    It provides a comprehensive overview of what cloud-native is, looking at important terms and conditions that emphasize that it is more of an exciting journey that requires many steps than a single high jump into a new situation. It clearly demonstrates the disadvantages of lifting and moving/repositioning monoliths in the cloud, which is the part I liked best, as well as the advantages of running microservice-based applications native to that cloud environment. I would have gone a little deeper into Agile DevOps and CI/CD to lay out the immediate benefits post-migration and transition of a reengineered microservices-based application running in a cloud-native environment, but perhaps that's beyond the scope of this particular course. It also establishes the message that this is true digital transformation, affecting people, processes and company culture, so it requires the full support of key business and technical stakeholders, with answers as to why it matters to them too.
